Acceptance of payments through the Apple Pay system is provided by the PayOnline processing center - the official service provider of VISA and MasterCard. With PayOnline, over five million cardholders make payments securely and conveniently online.

For online payment, you can use bank cards MIR, Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard and Maestro. If your card is subscribed to 3D-Secure, your payment will be authorized using a one-time password.

Entry and processing of confidential payment data is performed on the side of the processing center. No one, not even the seller, can receive the bank card details entered by the client, which guarantees the complete safety of his money and personal data.

After successful completion of the payment, an electronic receipt is sent to the payer's e-mail, confirming the payment and containing its unique identifier.

 

To pay by credit card, you must fill out a short payment form:

1. Select the type of payment system (MIR, Visa, MasterCard);

2. Indicate the card number (16 digits on the face of the card);

3. Enter CVC / CVV number (3 digits, which are printed on the back of the card, on the signature strip);

4. Name and surname of the cardholder (exactly as they are written on the front of the card) and other necessary personal data;

5. The validity period of the card, which is written on the face of the card.

 

Refunds in case of cancellation of services

When paying with cards, cash refunds are not allowed. The refund procedure is governed by the rules of international payment systems.

The refund procedure is regulated by Article 26.1 of the Federal Law "On Protection of Consumer Rights".

 

To return funds to a bank card, you must fill out the "Application for the return of funds", which is sent at the request of the company to the email address and send it along with a copy of the passport attached to support@qapsula.com

Refunds will be made to the bank card within 21 (twenty one) business days from the date of receipt of the "Statement of Refund" by the Company.

To return funds for operations carried out with errors, you must apply with a written application and attach a copy of your passport and checks / receipts confirming the erroneous write-off. This application must be sent to support@qapsula.com

The refund amount will be equal to the amount of services rendered. The term for consideration of the Application and the return of funds begins to be calculated from the moment the Company receives the Application and is calculated in working days, excluding holidays / weekends.
